This Site and its content are offered as a sanctuary for personal inspiration, education, and soulful support. Lumoura™ Wellness, its coaching, courses, resources, and content, are intended solely for educational and personal development purposes.

Although I am a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider, I do not provide therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, or clinical services through this website or my offerings.

All guidance is for personal reflection and self-growth. For clinical diagnosis, treatment, or support with mental health or trauma, please seek a licensed medical or mental health professional.

6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment in full (or as agreed via payment plan) is required before access to digital products, courses, or coaching is granted.

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the energetic preparation involved in coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may be forfeited at the discretion of Lumoura™ Wellness.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, such as PayPal. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

7. User Conduct

Lumoura™ Wellness is an inclusive, judgment-free sanctuary. We honor and welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, including the LGBTQ+ community. Every member deserves to feel safe, respected, and celebrated. Any form of discrimination, demeaning language, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated in our spaces.

You agree not to use this Site or any Lumoura™ Wellness community space to:

Harass, abuse, or harm others
Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content
